If a required detail such as location, address, meeting point or start time is missing, the draft is blocked and the gap is named. Every change creates a new version with a change note. After your approval you distribute the day sheet; who has which version is tracked. In the evening the daily report is recorded – extra costs flow straight into the current cost status.
