Who “we” are
Behind bettermiii are three: a human who decides and is accountable – plus Kai, the AI coach, and Claudia, the AI assistant for office work. Whenever it says “we” here, it means all three.
Process check
We look at one concrete workflow: who does what, where it gets stuck, what can be automated – and where a human deliberately stays involved. The result is a clear assessment of whether automation pays off.
Plan
The check turns into a workflow plan like the ones in the library: steps, rules, failure points and the moments where a human decides.
Implementation
Wherever possible we build with the tools you already use – secure, traceable and with a fallback.
Operations
Once the workflow runs, it stays observable: logs, alerts and clear responsibilities.
